Here is the first front cover that I created. The background is very striking and powerful, which makes the front cover stand out. I think it looks quite professional, however the 'also inside' bar on the left hand side makes it slightly unprofessional. Due to this, and the fact that the dominant centre image did not contain pictures of the artists mentioned in my magazine, I decided not to use this as my final front cover. I also thought that I wasn't being creative enough when I made this front cover and I didn't use Photoshop as well as I could have.

Here is the second front cover that I created and it is the one I chose to use as my final front cover. I chose this cover, because i think that it is bold and stands out but is also simple at the time, which is good as it draws your attention in but isn't too in 'your face'. I also thought that I was more creative with this front cover as I enhanced and manipulated the photos that I used to get my final result.
I also think that I have re-created the style that my 'Red Head' front cover had. The dominant image is strong enough to be the only image on the cover and the simple font makes it stand out even more, similar to the 'Red Head' cover.
I think that the front cover looks quite professional and as you can see; my Photoshop skills have come a long way since my pre-lim task.
